Enterprise FeaturesTelephone Message Pad provides two classes of users each having a global view of all messages: admins and receptionists (i.e. message takers). It defines an individual class that provides a view only of messages the user has authorization for. Of course, an individual is able to view any messages sent to they by name or by email address in the To line for the delivered message. Additionally, if the user is a member of a class (e.g. sales, help desk, London Office, etc.), any emails addressed to their class are also viewable.
When email messages are sent to individual email addresses, those messages are lost to their replacement. Class addressing solves this problem. Messages sent to a group of which the individual is a member allow new group members to have access to the past message history.

Telephone Message Pad supports this by providing role-based user classes.
