Overview

TelephoneMessagePad (TMP) is a hosted system for taking, distributing, and managing phone messages. TMP provides flexible forms your employees fill out while on the phone call. These forms resemble common office forms but ones you may customize to meet your needs.

Fast, accurate, and permanent

Your most recent callers and other data are stored in a list. Click the left pointing triangle in the forms shown at right and a drop-down list allows you to select these repeat callers in a single click.

Calling up any form or page is a single click on your desktop. No need to enter name and password just to answer a phone call. Use the same facility (No-typing-Login) to get single tap access to your recent call list from iPhone, iPad, Android, and other phones.

The filled out form is stored securely on multiple servers indefinitely. Each form entered is time stamped and credited to the user logged in automatically.

Why a call ticket system is included

The path to closing a call can many times involve substantial complexity: call backs to an answering machine, need to consult experts, handoff to another agent, etc. Telephone Message Pad is designed to let you track and manage the process. Call tracking accounts for more than half of the projected 10X+ ROI (return on investment). Its call ticket system is the follow up component missing in other solutions.

Customizable forms capture what matters to you

You have a choice of 3 pre-defined forms with the ability to customize each one by adding new fields. Each filled-in form creates a ticket which tracks progress towards responding to the caller.

Managing follow up with message tickets

The ticket management console allows an easy color coded overview of recent tickets. You may customize the steps and color coding to craft a progress tracking tool that works the way you do.
